In-house training
Jakarta, 20 May 2016
One of our training programs for the development of our employees titled “Common Types of Fraud in Life Insurance” was conducted in Jakarta, 20 May 2016. This in-house training was attended by 19 participants from Operations Division. Mr. Hasnol Kang was the speaker of this training who has lots of experience in insurance industry in Malaysia.
The topic was very interesting and conveyed with some real cases. The speaker also explained some investigation techniques used to solve such cases. In addition to that, the participants and trainer also shared information regarding some typical frauds in insurance industry that are frequently found in Indonesia and Malaysia.
A dinner wrapped this in-house training.
